Great Annexe Co occasionally releases promo codes applicable solely to online purchases. These codes are valid for full-priced items online and cannot be used for workshop transactions. They cannot be combined with other offers.
To avail the discount, input the coupon code during checkout. The offer is non-transferable, usable once, and does not apply to previous purchases. Great Annexe Co is not liable to refund or reimburse any discount amount on orders placed without the coupon code. Customers agree to pay the specified purchase price for the Products and/or Services mentioned in the Order. Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
For all standard products outside of “Custom Made Products” full payment must be made before goods will be dispatched or given to the customer.
For “Custom made products”
A 30% deposit is required for all orders at time of order. The customer can cancel any order prior to the commencement of manufacturing or placement of a purchase order to a supplier. Once manufacturing of the product has commenced or a purchase order has been placed, the deposit is not refundable.
No Annexe or custom product will be dispatched without 100% payment on order.
Great Annexe Co is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are expected to be between 3-15 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
Children are not eligible to use our services unsupervised and we ask that children (under the age of 14) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with permission and guidance from your parents or guardians.
In the event that the web site (or a substantial portion of its assets) is acquired, your information would be considered part of those assets, and may be part of those assets that are transferred.
